The setting is beautiful with everything outdoors, lit by candlelight in the evenings as there is no electricity. Great attention to detail. Good food. The game drives were great and we had a wonderful guide called Thulani whose passion was contagious. Don't miss out on the safari walk! It is a small park - two nights was a perfect amount of time.

Makhaya lets you get a wilderness adventure that brings you very close to rare animals in a natural setting. And the Stone Camp... WOW. I love it. Please, never bring in electricity. Keep it as it is.

The camp was perfect for me but my wife didn't like it because of no Electricity and no bath,it would be better if the shower was open as well as it is very dark inside. Overall it is a fantastic venue.
